In the current currency: PIX, Mercado Pago, Boleto Bancário, PayPal, Bitcoin. You pick one at the last step of the order. Orders above R$ 99,000 don't offer PIX or Mercado Pago.
How soon is the server ready?
Setup is automatic once the payment is confirmed: about 15 minutes for bare metal and 5 minutes for VPS.
How does billing work?
You pick the billing cycle while configuring (monthly and, when the plan offers them, longer cycles). The invoice is issued when you complete the order and renewals follow the same cycle.
Can I cancel? Is there a refund?
You can request cancellation from the panel at any time. An immediate cancellation requested within 7 days of ordering gets a full refund, as account credit or back to the original payment. See policy
How many IPs come with the server?
Every server comes with one IPv4 and an IPv6 block, on bare metal and VPS. You can add extra IPv4s later from the panel; on bare metal, also while configuring the order.
Can I change the operating system later?
Yes. Reinstall from the panel, with more partitioning options and other systems.
